At Tail Hound, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing Times
- Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
- An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
- During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Typical delivery times:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–15 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 10–20 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may lead to delays or cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll e-mail you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not hear back, your order may be cancelled.
Delayed Delivery
We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Courier delays or errors
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather or transport disruptions
- Product availability or payment verification issues
We’ll notify you if we encounter any issues with your order, and we’ll always do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please note that Tail Hound cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be if a package goes missing. Once we hand your order over to our courier partners, responsibility transfers to them.
If your package is lost or stolen:
- Contact us at info@tailhound.com and we’ll help guide you.
- File a claim directly with the courier (most have a process for lost/stolen packages).
- We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
Please note: lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and deliver the package. If not, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
