We believe in the effectiveness of our training solutions, and we recommend that you use them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please reach out to us at info@tailhound.com and our team will be happy to assist.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. If your cancellation is submitted within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We’re confident our products will work for you and your dog, which is why we back them with a 60-day money back guarantee. To see the full benefits, we encourage you to use your Tail Hound product for at least 14 days before deciding.
If you’re still not satisfied, you may return the product anytime between Day 14 and Day 60 for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).
To initiate a return, please either fill out the form on our Contact Us page or e-mail us directly at info@tailhound.com. To speed things up, include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We take extra care in packaging, but if your product arrives defective or physically broken, we’ll make it right. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by e-mailing info@tailhound.com with a clear photo of the damage.
- If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
- Please note: cosmetic issues such as dented boxes or damaged outer packaging are not considered product damage if the product itself is in good condition.
- We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, Tail Hound cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances during shipping.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the courier directly. While we’ll do our best to support you, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses. If you fail to notify us of an error within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot guarantee a refund or resend.
